The Metro Blaze Blind Athletes of Texas is a non-profit based in Fort Worth, Texas. We are working to empower the blind and visually impaired community by encouraging participation in sports for those who may have thought it impossible. Our goal is to help break down barriers and change perceptions about what people with visual impairments can achieve. We continue to make a positive impact on the community and inspire others to get involved in sports and other activities. Metro Blaze is committed to inspiring the community to find their passion, believe in themselves, and be determined.


We welcome all ages and genders. Come check out our soccer and goalball practices. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Metro Blaze is always looking for volunteers in various areas including at practice, driving to and from events, and guides. Get in touch if you would like to assist as a sighted goalie or in other volunteer positions!
